HACOY is a conscious fashion label in Munich, designed in Rome, made in Italy and Lithuania, run by its founder with one or two interns. Since April 2026 its day to day has run on the office that Vertraut is the packaged core of: a private AI on the firm's own Mac that reads every document, remembers what the firm learned and runs the small jobs nobody had time for.
What it does there, every day

No. Vertraut Studio runs on your own Mac and makes no calls to the outside for your documents. Once a month it renews its licence with your key and a version number, nothing else. Switch off the wifi and it still answers.

No. Never. Your files stay in your own folder and feed into no model training, ours or anyone else's.
Studio, for up to ten people on one Mac: €99 a month, or €990 a year, which is ten months' price for twelve. Team, for eleven to twenty five people on two Macs: €249 a month or €2,490 a year. Every module, all updates, new models as they appear, help inside the app and email support are included. Net prices.
The studio runs until the end of the paid period plus thirty days, then it pauses. Your documents, index, notes and templates stay on your machine and can be exported at any time. After twelve paid months you keep the version you have, for good.
One studio on one Mac answers questions one after another, each in a few seconds, which is comfortable for a team of up to ten. From eleven to twenty five people the Team plan adds a second studio on a second Mac, so nobody waits. It is not built for firms of forty or more, and we would rather say so than sell it to them.
