Want to switch? Tell us.

We are gathering who wants to make a switch, starting in Munich and Bavaria. The more people sign up, the sooner we talk to employers looking for career changers.

We only write when there are matching paths and openings for you. No newsletter, never passed on.

Questions

Does it cost me anything?

No, and it stays that way. Employers who hire career changers are meant to pay later, never the people who switch.

Am I entitled to an education voucher?

People without a vocational qualification are. With a degree or training, the employment agency decides case by case. Talk to them early, ideally before your last working day.

Will I earn less afterwards?

Often yes, at least at first. We show pay honestly so you can plan calmly.

I am still in a transfer company or a voluntary leaver programme. Does this fit?

Especially then. Transfer companies can co-fund training, and the time there can be used for the switch.

What happens to my data?

The quiz runs in your browser. We only count anonymously how often the page and quiz are used: no cookies, no profile. We store your email only if you sign up, and only to send you matching paths and openings.
