In High Sea, I explore the vastness and uncertainty of deep waters, painted with acrylic on canvas. Each wave is a layer of paint built up, then scraped down, a process of creation and destruction. The sea here is not tranquil; it's restless, alive with movement. Sometimes, as I work, the colors remind me of moods, swirling emotions that can be turbulent one moment and calm the next. The painting is a reflection, perhaps, of navigating my own depths, those quiet moments when I pause to consider what lies beneath the surface.
