What this is about
I founded HACOY in Munich in 2021, a fashion brand designed in Rome and made in Italy and Lithuania. Today I run the brand largely on my own. What makes that possible is a team of 120 AI agents that runs on our own computers in the showroom. All data stays there.
I show this way of working to other founders, and if they want, I build it with them.

Three ways to work together
Sparring
Four conversations a month, one hour each. We work on your questions about brand, direct sales, production in Europe and using AI in everyday work. It runs month to month and you can end it at any time.
900 € a month
Building your own AI team
In six weeks you get a first team of agents that runs on your own computers.
In the first two weeks we look at your workflows together and choose the three tasks that take the most time. In weeks three to five I build an agent for each of these tasks and set it up with you. In week six I hand everything over with a guide, so your team can carry it on.
18,000 € fixed price. The computers your team runs on come from you.
Talks and workshops
A talk, or half a day with your team, on one of these topics: how a company works with AI agents, what a digital product passport looks like in the daily life of a small brand, and what carries a brand that grows slowly on purpose.
A talk of 30 to 60 minutes 3,000 €, a half day workshop 2,500 €.
All prices are net, plus VAT.
How we begin
We start with a 30 minute conversation for 150 €. Afterwards I send you an offer with a fixed price. Write to me with two or three times that suit you and the questions you would like to cover.
