About the Learn line
Why I made all of this, and how.
The workshops, the kits, and the bundles started as my own notes, the things I wished someone had handed me before I learned them the slow and expensive way. This is the story of how they are made, and the few principles I will not bend on.
It started as notes to myself
I build companies, make clothes and run a small fashion brand, paint, write, and run a fleet of local AI agents, all from a studio in Munich. None of what I teach is theory I read. It is the work I do now, with the mistakes still fresh enough to be useful.
At some point the notes were good enough that keeping them to myself felt mean. So I turned them into short audio lessons, and then into the printable kits and worksheets I actually use alongside them.
How it is made
Every lesson is recorded in my own voice, then written out in full so you can read instead of listen. The kits are the real templates, the real numbers, and the real checklists I run, not invented examples. When I show pricing math, it is from my own brand. When I describe a setup, it is the one humming on my desk.
The blog around all of this is written by a small team of AI agents I built and supervise on a Mac in the studio. They research, draft, and edit, and I read every piece before it goes out. I tell you that plainly, because the whole point is to be honest about how the work is made.
What you actually get
Short audio steps of five to ten minutes, each with a written transcript. A printable companion workbook for each workshop, and a flagship kit that turns the ideas into pages you can write in. Bundles when you want a whole topic at once. And a free worksheet to start with, on the house.
The principles I hold
You buy it once and own it for life. There is no subscription and nothing expires. I do not run discount codes, ever, because a price that is always negotiable is not a price. Everything is restorable by email on any device. And I would rather give the real thing away for free in a blog post than dress it up and oversell it.
Who it is for
Founders and makers who want the honest version, people building something real at a pace they can keep, and anyone who likes to learn from someone still in the arena rather than someone narrating from the stands.
