- No. I am not a doctor. I share what works for me. If you suspect you have ADHD, please also talk to a professional.
- Will this work for me if I do not have ADHD?
- Probably yes for some steps, especially three, four, five, and seven. The frame is ADHD specific, the practices are broadly useful.
- Do you talk about medication?
- Only briefly and only as personal experience. It is not the focus and I do not give medical advice.
